How will my order be shipped?
Your order will ship either USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground. Whichever method is least expensive will be the one chosen.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 24 hours and are then prepared to ship out that evening or the following morning. Priority mail usually takes 4-7 business days depending on where you live in the U.S. Orders shipped via UPS take between 1-5 business days depending on the location.
What if I need my order by a specific date?

Shipping Insurance & Tracking Information
Packages are insured for their full amount. We will send your tracking number to the email address that you provided when placing the order.
I mistyped my address when placing an order; what can I do?
If you make a mistake, please contact us immediately by phone (410-766-6106) so we can make the appropriate fixes to your order. Packages that are returned to us due to incorrect address will be refunded in full minus all shipping charges. Packages that must be rerouted because of wrong zip code, address or suite number will be charged a $12 fee. Please be sure you have the correct address. If we have any questions, we'll be sure to contact you.
Some products mention a 'shipping surcharge' in the description; what is this about?
Some items that are heavy or large in size are expensive to ship. UPS determines the weight of a package based on the actual and the dimensional weight, so a box that weighs 2lb with dimensions 10"x10"x10" will be billed as 7lb. Even if your order qualifies for free shipping, you will still incur this surcharge as it is already factored into the purchase price of the product.

Which items can I return?
We will take back most unused items in their original packaging shipped to us within 14 days after delivery. Returns need to be accompanied by a proof of purchase and a RMA Number. A credit, exchange or refund of the merchandise total (less shipping costs) will be issued back to the original method of payment.
Non-refundable items include:
- Customized merchandise and orders
- Commercial flagpoles
- All items purchased at a quantity discount
- Closeouts, markdowns and special deals
What if my package was marked as undeliverable or delivery refused?
Please make sure to always double check your order information. If a delivery is refused for any reason or considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address, you will be held responsible for the original as well as the additional shipping charges.
What do I need to send back my purchase?
You have 14 calendar days from the date you received the item to return it. For an eligible return, your item must be in brand new, unopened, salable condition. A receipt or other proof of purchase must accompany the return along with a RMA Number. You are responsible for paying the return as well as the original shipping. Shipping and handling fees will be deducted from your original purchase amount before it is refunded.
How can I get a RMA Number?
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org and request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number. State your order number, contact information, and reason for requesting a return or exchange.
After receiving a RMA Number, return the item in its original packaging along with the proof of purchase to:

Once we have received, inspected and approved the return, you will be refunded to your original method of payment the purchase amount minus shipping fees.
Which methods can I use for return shipping?
You can use any shipping service to return your item. We recommend an option with a tracking ability as FlagsOnline.com is not responsible for any lost return packages. All shipping costs will be paid by the customer and are non-refundable.
When and how will I be refunded?
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and if the return is approved, a refund will be initiated to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies. All shipping charges are non-refundable and will be deducted from you original payment amount. For certain items there may also be a restocking fee.
Will I be charged if my product is defective?
If your purchased item has a manufacturing defect, we will happily fix or replace it at our chosen option. Shipping and handling charges will be returned as the error was on our side.
