How does Toland take a water bottle and make it into a flag?
The Process works like this:
Recycled PET products and #1 plastic bottles are reprocessed into flakes, melted and spun into fibers. The fibers are spun into strands and then are woven into a fine synthetic polyester cloth. Even the packaging is made from recycled plastic and paper.
Toland's is still using their unique sublimation process guaranteeing a flag with fabric durability, vivid color and retention of shape for years to come with these flags.
