Sales Tax

The applicable 6.00% sales tax will be added to packages shipped to addresses in Maryland.



Returns/Exchanges

Returns It is the policy of Flagsonline that if you are dissatisfied with our product return it for a full refund. Merchandise must be returned as delivered and not used in any manner. In addition, all returns must be within 14 days of the date it was shipped. The cost of the merchandise will be refunded minus Shipping and Handling charges. Shipping and Handling charges will be returned if error was on the side of Flagsonline.

All custom items can only be returned for a 50% refund.

Shipping

We ship everything USPS Priority Mail, which takes 4-7 days depending on where you live in the US compared to Baltimore, MD.

We can ship express mail depending on the item - please call us 866-925-3524 to see availability.

Packages that are returned due to incorrect addresses will be refunded in full minus shipping and handling charges.

Packages that must be rerouted because of wrong zip codes, addresses or suite numbers will be charged the $5-10 fee, so please be sure you have the correct address.
